  • We take care of the planning and coordination so you don’t have to. This can include custom itineraries, restaurant and activity reservations, vendor coordination, local recommendations, timelines, and optional styling or welcome touches. Depending on your package, we handle as much or as little as you need.

  • Yes - we offer elevated, boutique styling and decor as an add-on to our planning services. Think thoughtful tablescapes, welcome baskets, fridge stocking, and cozy, mountain-inspired touches rather than large-scale party decor or balloon installations. Our goal is refined and intentional, never over-the-top.

  • Bachelorettes are our specialty, but we also plan birthdays, girls’ trips, bridal showers, and other milestone celebrations. If it’s a meaningful weekend with your favorite people, we’re happy to help design it.

  • We recommend reaching out 2–4 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (summer and ski season). Popular restaurants and activities book quickly in Summit County, so earlier planning gives you the best options.

  • Yes! We’re based right here in Summit County. Our local knowledge and trusted vendor relationships are a big part of what makes Summit Soirées unique — we know the hidden gems, the best timing, and the experiences visitors often miss.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us after securing their accommodations. We’ll step in to design the itinerary, make reservations, coordinate details, and style the space if desired.

  • As involved as you’d like to be. Some clients want to collaborate closely, while others prefer to hand everything off. We tailor the experience to your comfort level and keep communication simple and organized throughout.

  • Yes. Depending on your package, we can provide on-the-ground coordination or be available as a local contact to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
